Sunrise 7:08: Creek-side dream houses

A light rain was failing when the female Dawn Jogger set out this morning so she did her Menlo Park city street - less problematic in wet weather - coming home along San Francisquito Creek. She noticed new construction on her dream house, (bottom photo) which sits at the end of San Mateo Drive adjacent to the creek. She'd gotten to see the inside when it went on the market last year for $3.8 million and sold in three days for $3.3 million.
