Sunrise 7:11: No water, just heavy tule

The female Dawn Jogger has pretty much given up hope that there will we water in Lake Lagunita - the rainfall has been too little. This morning a thick tule - maybe the densest she's ever seen - lined the lake bed. It was so dense that it was hard to photograph, sometimes she was in it even though the light water vapor wasn't visible up close. She shot looking west with the tule lapping the bank...
