Sunrise 7:35: Weird warm rain

Maybe it was the off again/on again light rain that deterred last night's trick or treaters, but like yesterday evening, it was remarkably warm for this time of year when the Dawn Joggers headed out for their separate Saturday outing. By the time the female DJ got to the top of the Dish, walkers and runners were shedding layers while also buffeting themselves against the wind gusts.
