Sunrise 7:24: Bicycles - stop?

The female Dawn Jogger ran by a large blinking sign on the Stanford campus this morning urging bicycles to stop at stop signs. Good luck - it's hard enough getting cyclists to stop or obey traffic rules, so seems really unlikely that bicycles will get a mind of their own. Both DJs has learned it's just better keep out of their way. Stanford might want to take on another crusade with its workers in cars (the female DJ presumes mainly going to the hospital, given the early hour) who don't stop for pedestrians crossing in marked cross walks.
