Sunrise 6:25: Forbidden fruit

It was neighborhood run morning for the female Dawn Jogger. And there's always the unusual site. One resident on College Ave. made it clear (in a crooked way) that it was not ok to eat the fruit and had put a net over the nectarine (?) tree to make that clear. When was it ok to snatch fruit or flowers from other people's yards?...
