Sunrise 6:20: Washboard Dish morning

The Dawn Joggers are heading out this afternoon for the Giants/Dodger game - which includes a 50th anniversary tribute to past Giants outfielders (will Bonds appear)- so they did separate outings to speed up the morning. And both almost broke existing speed records (male DJ account here). The female DJ did the 'washboard Dish' run - where she enters at Piers Lane and goes up twice, then down, then a sharp wedge up, back up to Dish and down to Piers entrance - a little over 5 miles - in just over an hour, which is good for her. Of course every other jogger on the hill passed her...
