Sunrise 5:47: Grounded - but great "last blush"

Whatever is creaky - and very sore - about the female Dawn Jogger's back continues and she grounded herself (again) this morning. But (even though it breaks the "first blush" rules) she needed to give a shout out to the male Dawn Jogger's lovingly prepared dinner tonight. The plan is to at least walk tomorrow morning...
