Sunrise 5:47: Gravel be gone


It's the little things that make a difference when you're running in advanced middle age, particularly when you're klutzy to begin with. So the female Dawn Jogger was delighted to see that the long stretch of the Big Dish path that's parallel to 280 had finally been paved. For years, it's been a gravelly, rutted mess, making the footing, even at a slow jog, a bit tenuous. She's still walking but a good pack and noticing things from a different perspective at the different pace. At the same time, the male DJ was conquering a new distance/time record in his renewed effort to walk more easily...
