Sunrise 6:59: Waiting for the sun

It was all about waiting for the sun to peak over the East Bay hills. The female Dawn Jogger thought she'd hit the top of the Dish about the same time the sun would come up. But it seemed awfully pokey this morning, and she caught just the first glimpse before descending down the back side of the Dish to Piers Lane.
