Sunrise 6:56: What is it, what was it?

After a morning off yesterday but the annoying head cold still fully in place, the female Dawn Jogger did a short jog around town rather than her longer Saturday distance. As always, it's interesting to see what turns up in the front yards of her West Menlo neighbors. While she could figure out how to make a planter of one object on display, it wasn't being used for that purpose. She's not sure what it is - or what it was...
