Sunrise 6:56: Mix of old and new

The female Dawn Jogger is particularly pleased with the current mix on her iPod Shuffle, chosen as usual a bit randomly and this time spur of the moment before leaving the States. It's a mix of the old and new - Amy Winehouse, Adele, and Duffy between Janis Joplin and Esther Phillips; Curtis Mayfield and Al Green amidst some [can't remember his name, pulled from the male DJ's list]. It's a bit like walking around the towns of villages surrounding Lac D'Annecy - lots of new homes set amidst an old working dairy farm or still inhibited châteaux.
