Sunrise 6:19: Jog around the lake


The distance from the watermill house to the artificial lake - and around it - is about the same as the distance from the female Dawn Jogger's house in Menlo to Lake Lagunita and back. So she felt right at home this morning when she went out for a morning jog just after rising (although well after dawn). Every field that's not planted in wheat is covered with yellow buttercups as is the shore of the lake. It's almost impossible to capture how fresh and spring green the Bresse region is at this time of year...
