Most Saturday mornings there are more walkers than runners on the Dish, even when the female Dawn Jogger gets a fairly early start as she did today. So she was surprised to encounter a string of runners often in pairs and all wearing wrist bands. She thought it might be some 'team in training' - these groups often use the Dish.
