Sunrise 6:42: Grass is greener



The female Dawn Jogger had the pleasure of hitting the Dish on another spectacular sunlit morning after another rainy night. The temperature had cooled, and she was hoping to see snow atop Windy Hill. None there, but she thinks she saw it on Mt. Diablo; Mt. Hamilton, the most likely place, was obscured by clouds. The new herd was bunched at the cattle grate on the Alpine side, and she was forced to do a bit of herding to get through them. A living example of the grass is greener...
