Sunrise 6:49: Hedging against hope


It's been raining...the male Dawn Jogger is feeling fatigued and out of sorts...the angst over the Anglican Primates communique continues (the female DJ finds the Rev. Mark Harris's blog posting today thoughtful in its bleak assessment of the situation). But it was a sparkling crisp morning for a dawn outing. The female DJ spied a vibrant pink hedge in bloom on Bay Laurel. As with so many sightings, she must have passed this in previous springs, but this was the first time she saw it. There's that whole issue of looking versus seeing...
