Sunrise 8:15: Along the Boise River

The female Dawn Jogger found herself in Boise today where the sun doesn't come up until 8:15. One of her traveling companions explained that was because we are near a time zone demarcation. It was clear and crisp as she made her way along the Boise River through a number of parks that lie adjacent. Geese were plentiful (heading south or year round inhabitants?) as well as lots of mallards. Boise has a charming downtown filled with restaurants and shops in historical buildings.
