Sunrise 7:23: Cold, dark and damp


The female Dawn Jogger is cranky. She can't break out of the spell of the languid pace of New Orleans, of walking and always hearing music somewhere in the distance, of eating more oysters cooked yet another way. Even a semi full Lake Lagunita can't cheer here. She can hear the ducks and geese but it's too dark to see them, the moon hidden by a thick overcast this morning. The male DJ promises a special dinner tonight...
