Sunrise 6:48: Is it art?

During the work on the construction of the new bike path, a large tree was taken down. Somewhere in the archives of First Blush, there's a photo of the male Dawn Jogger and Cassie on top of the stump that was left. More recently it's morphed into some kind of art installation. At least that's the female DJ's best guess...
