Sunrise 6:30: Glowing monster

It's still dark now when the Dawn Joggers' alarm (aka KFOG morning show) goes off. (And the depressing thing is that it's only August and there are so many dark mornings ahead.) That means the sun is not officially up when the female DJ starts off on her jog. Like yesterday, she was greeted by a tethered monster in her driveway, part of construction that will, as the male DJ says, "put up a moat" that's supposed to make it safer for the children going to school.
