Sunrise 7:19: Lots going on in the park

The female Dawn Jogger crossed the street for her well after dawn jaunt around Central Park this morning heading up along the Great Lawn to the Reservoir and then back down the west side of the park. Some kind of police action was going on with each car being stopped. And there was much preparation going along for a Pumpkin Festival on Saturday (weather outlook isn't so good).
