Sunrise 6:30: Bicoastal blush - it's a wrap

The spectacular shot of the sun coming up behind a tall ship in the Toronto harbor snapped by the male Dawn Jogger puts the punctuation mark on the past week's "sightings on two coasts." There's some talk about a bicontintental blush next month. On the West Coast, activities were at a standstill on the Stanford campus but the [what-is-the-name] trees that line the campus were in full bloom. Set off against the grey sky, they reminded the female DJ of the jacaranda trees that bloomed in May/June in Southern California, months that are often overcast.
