Sunrise 5:50: Photographer failure


The clouds this morning were spectacular and distinct. In the east, the sun's light showed off their white puffiness, while in the west they were dark and foreboding. Going up the Dish from the Junipero Serra side in all that perky dawn lightness, it was like entering a new and somber world on the descent down to Alpine Road. The female Dawn Jogger gave Clario a real work out as there seemed to be a new great vista at every turn. Alas, the resulting images didn't come close to the reality...
