Each year Halloween seems to get bigger and bigger, particularly in the home decorating department. One household on Bay Laurel in Menlo Park had obviously spent a very busy weekend as the entire front yard was chock-a-block with all sorts of ghouls, goblins, spider webs and eerie figures.
