Sunrise 7:24: Warm at the top

The Bay Area has been experiencing record breaking warm weather. And while it's cool at sunrise, the accumulated hot air stays at higher elevations. The female Dawn Jogger guesses it was at least 10 degrees warmer at the top of the Dish this morning than at street level.
