Sunrise 6:52: Dreams sold

It took less than a week for the female Dawn Jogger's dream house to sell. For all she knows the "sold" sign went right up after the open house on Sunday but this morning was the first time she'd been by. Guess some properties are housing slump resistant as it must have gone close to the asking price of $3.8 million. Yikes...
