Sunrise 5:47: Found things

There's not a lot of the Stanford campus and lands that the Dawn Joggers haven't seen at one time or another over the past 17 years, mostly on their early morning outings but also on walks and hikes later in the day on the weekends. What makes it enduring is the possibility of coming across the unexpected - someone has built a small teepee adjacent to Roble Field, an area the DJs call skunk hollow. (Yep, seen quite a few of the critters nearby - usually predawn. When it's not quite light, their white stripe and waddle helps spot them.)
