Sunrise 7:17: Shrouded Dish



The Big Dish was no where to be seen this morning as the female Dawn Jogger headed up from the Alpine Road entrance. The fog - or as it turned out, the rain cloud - was so thick that visibility was only about 25 yards. That made what appeared to be an appoarching military patrol a little creepy. But by the time they were just in front of the female DJ, it was clear that they were ROTC on some kind of training. Soon after it began to pour, picking, as always seems the case, the exact midway point of the route. Sot there's no other alternative but to just keep going. The male Dawn Jogger writes about the encouraging day at UCSF...
